Adam GoochExecutive Chef
Originally from Ohio, Executive Chef Adam L. Gooch graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and fell in love with the city of Pittsburgh. Gooch was the Executive Sous Chef of Fox Chapel Golf Club for eight years and Executive Chef of the Gladco Inc. at the Pittsburgh International Airport, Edgewood Country Club and recently from The Willow Room where he has won numerous awards from Best Event Center to Table Top Award from Foodservice Equipment Magazine.
Gooch studied in France at the La Cordon Bleu and Ritz Escoffier as well as here in the U.S. at the Culinary Institute of America in New York. Gooch holds office as a board member of the American Culinary Federation Pittsburgh Chapter. He also holds many local and national Ice Carving Medals and is a member of the National Ice Carving Association. Exceeding the diner's expectations is a key focus of Chef Adam. He loves to impress you with new and innovative ways of preparing "everyday" foods.

Jacky FifeGeneral Manager and Off-Premise Catering Coordinator
Jacky has been an employee of Greco's Gourmet Catering since 2006. Jacky spent her childhood growing up in Peters Township then graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary with a degree in Restaurant Management. Having over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she initially started at Greco's as a server and proudly advanced her way to wedding and event planning. Jacky loves planning weddings and special events and especially loves building relationships with clients, giving the little bit of extra attention needed to make the client feel comfortable and secure with their event.

Joshua HorowitzExecutive Sous Chef/ Beverage Manager
Born and raised near Washington D.C., Joshua Horowitz started working in the restaurant industry at the age of 18. He worked both front and back of the house positions before deciding to pursue a career in cooking. Joshua graduated from The Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in 2003, and decided to stay in Pittsburgh. Over the course of his career he fell in love with the catering aspect of the industry and decided to make Bella Sera his home. In addition to providing creative menus, his expertise as Beverage Manager is available to help clients decide on just the right wines and specialty drinks to suit each event. Joshua’s philosophy on food is that food for a celebration should not only be beautiful, but food that people want to eat. "There is no greater compliment than to see an empty dinner plate come back and a guest with a smile on their face."

Cynthia GrecoComptroller / Human Resources
Cynthia serves as the Company Comptroller. She handles account receivables, payables, Human Resource services, staff training and payroll. Her previous work includes Account Management, University Administration, event planning and professional counseling. Cynthia is a Washington, PA native, garden enthusiast and a gourmet cook.
